Design-trained, research-led, and drawn to hard product problems. What holds my attention is the moment someone meets a product and either feels understood or doesn't. Everything else is in service of that.

Running is my reset. I log the miles on Strava and chase the small, stubborn gains that add up over a season.

What ties it together
Empathy isn't a soft skill to me; it's the method. Understanding people is exactly what lets me build products they actually adopt. AI is part of my daily practice, a thinking partner and a craft I keep sharpening, but it serves the work, never the other way around.
